# Update additional countries

`PUT /api/sites/multiscreen/{site_name}/aeo/geos`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.duda.co`
- URL: `https://api.duda.co/api/sites/multiscreen/{site_name}/aeo/geos`
- Auth: HTTP basic

Sets the countries the site's project tracks besides its primary market, and returns the new list. Send the complete list you want: the call adds and **deletes prompts** to match it.

- **Adding a country** copies every primary-market prompt into it. Each country then has its own prompts and its own prompt limit.
- **Removing a country deletes all of its prompts and their history.** This can't be undone through the API.
- An empty list removes every additional country.

The plan's country limit counts the primary market plus the additional countries.

  - `additional_geos` string[], required: Countries tracked besides the primary market, as ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 codes. Case-insensitive. Must not include the primary market.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request. `error_code` is `InvalidInput` and `errors` is empty. - `additional_geos` is missing, contains an unsupported country code, or includes the primary market.
- `401`: Unauthorized. The credentials are missing or invalid.
- `403`: Forbidden. `error_code` is `AccessForbidden`, and `errors[0].code` names the cause: - No code (`errors` is empty): the caller can't access the site. - `AeoPlanNotFound`: the account has no active AEO plan. - `AeoGeosLimitExceeded`: the list exceeds the plan's country limit.
- `404`: Not found. `error_code` is `ResourceNotExist`, and `errors[0].code` names the cause: - `AeoProjectNotFound`: the site has no AEO project.
- `429`: Too many requests. The rate limit was exceeded.
