# Send Quote record

`POST /public/v2/quotes/{record_number}/send/`

Email an approved quote to its buyers and mark it sent. Blank subject, message, and reply-to fall back to the organization's quote email settings, and so do omitted CC and BCC lists. Draft, pending, and rejected quotes cannot be sent.

- `record_number` integer, required: The `number` attribute of the record.

  - `to_emails` string[]: Omit to send to the quote's buyer recipients, or to its contact email when it has none
  - `cc_emails` string[], nullable: Omit to use the organization's quote CC list; send [] for none
  - `bcc_emails` string[], nullable: Omit to use the organization's quote BCC list; send [] for none
  - `reply_to` string, nullable: Omit to use the organization's quote reply-to address
  - `subject` string, nullable: Omit to use the organization's quote email subject
  - `message` string, nullable: Omit to use the organization's quote email message
  - `attach_pdf` boolean, nullable: Omit to use the organization's quote email setting
  - `pdf_content` string, nullable: The quote PDF, base64 encoded. Required when the PDF is attached: the API does not render quote PDFs, so send your own or set `attach_pdf` to `false`
