# Send a message to the assistant (same-origin, 15 req/10 min)

`POST /api/chat`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dribba.com`
- URL: `https://dribba.com/api/chat`
- Auth: none required

Same-origin only. Rate limited to 15 requests per 10 minutes per IP with burst detection.

  - `message` string, required
  - `history` object[]
  - `sessionId` string
  - `locale` 'es' | 'ca' | 'en'

## Response `200`

Assistant reply

- ChatReply
  - `reply` string
  - `sessionId` string

## Other responses

- `400`: The body did not match the documented schema
- `403`: Write endpoints require a same-origin request
- `415`: Body was not sent as application/json
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Unexpected server error
