`GET /api/mappings`

List mappings for one kind at the given scope. Customer scope is the team's own mappings. Global scope is the shared defaults.

## Query parameters

- `scope` 'global' | 'customer', required
- `kind` 'IDENTITY_FIELD' | 'EVENT_TYPE', required
