`POST /api/reminder_profiles`

## Request

Create reminder profile

- `doctor` integer

Created

- ReminderProfile
  - `reminders` object[], required: Reminders set in the profile
    - `amount` integer
    - `type` 'email' | 'sms' | 'phone' | 'auto_call': One of `"email"`, `"sms"` or `"auto_call"`
    - `unit` 'minutes' | 'hours' | 'days' | 'weeks': One of `"email"`, `"sms"` or `"auto_call"`
  - `id` integer
  - `name` string
  - `doctor` integer, required: Doctor who created the profile. Other doctors in the practice group may have access to their profiles

- `403`: Permission Denied
- `404`: Not Found
- `405`: Method Not Allowed
- `500`: Internal Server Error
