`GET /api/problems`

## Request

Retrieve or search patient problems

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string: The pagination cursor value.
- `page_size` integer: Number of results to return per page.
- `patient` integer
- `doctor` integer

## Response `200`

OK

- object: Paginated Result
  - `previous` string: Previous paginated page
  - `data` PatientProblem[]: result data
    - `category` string: The category of the problem. Either `problem-list-item` or `health-concern`
    - `icd_code` string: ICD9 or ICD10 code for the problem
    - `icd_version` '9' | '10': Either `9` or `10`. If omitted in writing, default to 10.
    - `appointment` integer
    - `description` string
    - `info_url` string: External URL with more information about the problem, intended for patient education
    - `doctor` integer, required
    - `notes` string: Any additional notes by the provider
    - `verification_status` '' | 'unconfirmed' | 'provisional' | 'differential' | 'confirmed' | 'refuted' | 'entered-in-error': The verification status of the problem: - `unconfirmed` - `provisional` - `differential` - `confirmed` - `refuted` - `entered-in-error`
    - `status` 'active' | 'inactive' | 'resolved': Either `active`, `inactive` or `resolved`. If omitted in writing, default to `active`
    - `snomed_ct_code` string: SnoMED code for the problem
    - `abatement_date` string, date: The problem's resolution date.
    - `date_onset` string
    - `date_diagnosis` string
    - `date_changed` string
    - `patient` integer, required
    - `problem_type` '' | 'sdoh' | 'functional status' | 'disability status' | 'cognitive status': The type of problem: - `sdoh`: Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). - `functional status`: Functional Status. - `disability status`: Disability Status. - `cognitive status`: Cognitive Status.
    - `id` integer
    - `name` string: Name of the problem
  - `next` string: Next Paginated page
