`GET /api/documents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.drchrono.com`
- URL: `https://app.drchrono.com/api/documents`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Authorization code: `https://app.drchrono.com/o/authorize/`
  - Token URL: `https://app.drchrono.com/o/token/` scopes: `patients:read`, `patients:write`

Retrieve or search documents

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string: The pagination cursor value.
- `page_size` integer: Number of results to return per page.
- `since` string
- `patient` integer
- `doctor` integer

## Response `200`

OK

- object: Paginated Result
  - `previous` string: Previous paginated page
  - `data` ScannedClinicalDocument[]: result data
    - `archived` boolean: `DELETE` operation will set this field to `true`
    - `patient` integer, required: ID of the patient the document concerns
    - `description` string, required
    - `doctor` integer, required: ID of the doctor who owns the document
    - `metatags` string: Array of tags represented as string. This should be quoted--e.g. `'["a", "b"]'`--since this endpoint requires `multipart/form-data` encoding
    - `updated_at` string
    - `date` string, required
    - `document` string, required: When creating, if you receive response as 201, but this field is `null`, please send a `GET` request with the created object's ID to retrieve the updated file URL
    - `id` integer
  - `next` string: Next Paginated page
