# POST /api/clinical_notes_list

`POST /api/clinical_notes_list`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.drchrono.com`
- URL: `https://app.drchrono.com/api/clinical_notes_list`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Authorization code: `https://app.drchrono.com/o/authorize/`
  - Token URL: `https://app.drchrono.com/o/token/` scopes: `clinical:read`, `clinical:write`

Create clinical note list request.  Use the UUID returned in the response to retrieve the batch of records. Results returned in order of ID.

## Query parameters

- `order_by` string
- `page_size` integer: Number of results to return per page. Value between 1 and 1000.
- `page` integer: Number of page to return. Value between 1 and max number of pages in result set.
- `patient` integer: Patient ID filter
- `office` integer: Office ID filter
- `doctor` integer: Doctor ID filter
- `since` string: Inclusive lower bound on clinical note updated/created time.
- `date_range` string: Inclusive bounded date range on appointment scheduled date
- `date` string: Filter on specific appointment scheduled date
- `verbose` boolean: When `true` includes yellow notes

## Response `201`

Created

- object
  - `status` string: Status of the request. Upon creation this will be "In progress"
  - `uuid` string: UUID of the batch of patients.
  - `description` string: Contains link to load the batch by UUID

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Permission Denied
- `404`: Not Found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
