# GET /api/amendments

`GET /api/amendments`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.drchrono.com`
- URL: `https://app.drchrono.com/api/amendments`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Authorization code: `https://app.drchrono.com/o/authorize/`
  - Token URL: `https://app.drchrono.com/o/token/` scopes: `clinical:read`, `clinical:write`

Retrieve or search patient amendments. You can only interact with amendments created by your API application

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string: The pagination cursor value.
- `page_size` integer: Number of results to return per page.
- `appointment` integer
- `patient` integer
- `doctor` integer

## Response `200`

OK

- object: Paginated Result
  - `previous` string: Previous paginated page
  - `data` PatientAmendment[]: result data
    - `amendment_name` string, required
    - `appointment` integer: ID of the appointment to which the amendment applies, if any. If present, the `amendment_file` will be appended to the clinical note for this appointment.
    - `doctor` integer, required: ID of the doctor who owns the amendment
    - `comments` string
    - `amendment_file` string, required: A PDF file containing the amended information for the patient's record
    - `patient` integer, required: ID of the patient to whom the amendment applies
    - `id` integer
  - `next` string: Next Paginated page

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Permission Denied
- `404`: Not Found
- `405`: Method Not Allowed
- `500`: Internal Server Error
