# Cancel a pending site transfer

`DELETE /api/v1/sites/{slug}/transfer/{transferId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dotsy.ai`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Withdraws an offer that has not been accepted. Needs the site Owner role.

- `transferId` string, required

## Response `200`

The offer was cancelled.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `403`: `forbidden_role`: transferring a site needs the site Owner role.
- `404`: `site_not_found`, or `transfer_not_found`: no such pending transfer on this site.
