# Confirm payment for a draft formation

`POST /v1/partner/companies/{companyId}/payment-confirmed`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.test.doola.com`
- URL: `https://api.test.doola.com/v1/partner/companies/{companyId}/payment-confirmed`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Releases a draft formation submitted through the SDK. Safe to retry: a second call for the same company returns 200 and does not start the work twice.

## Path parameters

- `companyId` string, required

## Request body

- ConfirmPaymentRequest: Payment confirmation for an awaiting-payment formation.
  - `partnerReference` string: The partner's own payment reference, logged for traceability and never verified by doola.

## Response `200`

Confirmed, or already confirmed. The body is empty. A company that never waited on payment, such as one created through this API, is left unchanged.

## Other responses

- `404`: E_NOT_FOUND: no company with this ID for the authenticated partner.
- `409`: E_COMPANY_CANCELLED: doola cancelled this formation before its payment was confirmed. The payment was not applied; refund your customer.
