# Get the state fee for a company's annual report

`GET /v1/partner/companies/{companyId}/compliance/annual-reports/state-fees`

## Request

Returns what the company's state charges for its annual report. Indicative: nothing is stored and nothing is charged, and the amount on a submitted report is the authoritative one. Read isFilingRequired before the amount - a state that files no annual report and one that files it free of charge both quote 0. Where the state prices from a figure doola does not hold, the amount is its floor and isMinimum says so.

## Response `200`

The state fee in cents, with whether a report is required at all.

- PartnerAnnualReportFeeResponse: What the company's state charges for its annual report.
  - `state` string: US state the report is filed in.
  - `entityType` 'LLC' | 'CCorp': Entity type the quote applies to.
  - `priceInCents` integer: The state fee in whole US cents. Zero both for a state that files no annual report and for one that files it free of charge, so read isFilingRequired before the amount.
  - `isFilingRequired` boolean: Whether the state requires an annual report at all.
  - `isMinimum` boolean: Whether priceInCents is the state's floor rather than the final charge. True when the formula ran without a figure it prices from: always for Wyoming, whose asset worksheet is never on record, and for a Delaware C-corp with no authorized share count on file.

## Other responses

- `404`: E_COMPANY_NOT_FOUND: the company does not exist, or is not owned by the calling partner.
- `422`: E_STATE_NOT_SUPPORTED: doola holds no annual-report data for the company's state and entity type, or holds a pricing row with no amount, which cannot be published as a price. Should not occur for a company created through this API; a state that files no annual report answers 200 with isFilingRequired false.
