# Sign out a device

`DELETE /api/sessions/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://domani.run`
- URL: `https://domani.run/api/sessions/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Signs one session out. `current` names the session making the request (signing out needs no scope); any other session needs `tokens:write`.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required

## Response `200`

Device signed out

- object
  - `success` boolean
  - `current` boolean: True when the caller signed itself out: its key no longer works
  - `hint` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Session not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded - wait and retry
