# Delete account (blocked while domains are held)

`DELETE /api/me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://domani.run`
- URL: `https://domani.run/api/me`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Permanently delete the authenticated user's account, tokens, webhooks, mailboxes, and other application data. Registered domains are NOT deleted with the account: the request fails with 409 HAS_DOMAINS until every domain is transferred out. This action cannot be undone.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `409`: Account still holds registered domains (HAS_DOMAINS) - transfer them out first
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded - wait and retry
