# List a domain for sale (open marketplace)

`POST /api/domains/sell`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://domani.run`
- URL: `https://domani.run/api/domains/sell`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List any domain for sale on the Domani marketplace, including domains on other registrars. Domains already in your Domani account are auto-verified and listed immediately (status `active`). External domains require TXT ownership verification (status `pending_verification`).

**Fees:** 10% platform commission on successful sales.

Requires `deals:write` scope.

## Request body

  - `price` number, required: Sale price in USD
  - `description` string: Optional listing description

Domain listed (or pending verification for external domains)
