# Cancel a domain listing

`DELETE /api/domains/{domain}/for-sale`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Remove an active for-sale listing for a domain you own. The domain remains in your account but is no longer available for purchase on the marketplace. Requires `domains:write` scope.

Listing cancelled

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Listing not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded - wait and retry
