# Create or update a contact

`POST /api/contacts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://domani.run`
- URL: `https://domani.run/api/contacts`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Save a contact: set a display name and attach notes ('prefers short emails', 'decision maker at Acme'). Mail traffic keeps feeding message counts either way.

## Request body

- object
  - `address` string, required: The contact's email address
  - `name` string, nullable: Display name (null clears it)
  - `notes` string, nullable: Notes agents and humans read for context (null clears them)

## Response `200`
