# Read the facts behind a Work item

`GET /api/assistant/work-items/{id}/facts`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

The claims and entities merged from every analysis of the item (newest first wins), plus its stored commitments and expectations with their status. Agent tokens read the items of the mailboxes they operate and the items handed to them.
