# Register a device for redacted Now alerts

`POST /api/assistant/devices`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://domani.run`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Registers or rotates an encrypted push token for one app installation and environment. Only the native app calls this; it requires an active assistant and the assistant:write scope.

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `409`: Assistant is not active (ASSISTANT_NOT_ACTIVE)
