# Alerts delivered to the assistant inbox, newest first

`GET /inbox`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.domainlab.app/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Populated when the "AI Assistant" notification provider is enabled in Preferences. Items are kept 90 days.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer

## Response `200`

Inbox items and the total unread count

  - `unread_count` integer: All unread items for the account, not just this page

## Other responses

- `400`: INVALID_SINCE
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Account lacks API access (no active subscription or trial)
- `429`: Rate limit or monthly quota exceeded. Respect the Retry-After header. code is RATE_LIMITED (short-lived) or MONTHLY_QUOTA_EXCEEDED (resets next period).
- `503`: The assistant inbox is not set up yet.
