# List folders

`GET /analytics/v1/folders`

Returns Cloud Analytics folders the current customer has access to.
Folders are returned in id-ascending order.

## Query parameters

- `maxResults` string
- `pageToken` string

## Response `200`

OK - The request succeeded.

- object
  - `pageToken` string — Page token, returned by a previous call, to request the next page of results.
  - `rowCount` integer — Number of folders returned in this page.
  - `folders` Folder[]
    - `id` string — Folder ID.
    - `name` string — Folder name.
    - `description` string — Folder description.
    - `parentFolderId` string — Identifier of the parent folder. Set to "root" if the folder is at the top level.

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request - The server cannot process the request, often due to a malformed request.
- `401` — Unauthorized - Invalid API key.
- `403` — Forbidden - The client is not authorized to perform the request.
- `500` — Internal Server Error - Something went wrong with the DoiT API server.
