# Get an invoice by id

`GET /api/invoices/{invoiceId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.doctofam.com`
- URL: `https://api.doctofam.com/api/invoices/{invoiceId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Returns a single invoice owned by your clinic. Requires the `invoices:read` scope. Answers 404 for an invoice in another organization so ids cannot be probed.

## Path parameters

- `invoiceId` string, required

## Response `200`

The invoice

## Other responses

- `403`: API key is missing the `invoices:read` scope
- `404`: No such invoice in your organization
