Members.

    - `id` string, required
    - `email` string, required
    - `role` 'owner' | 'member', required: owner: billing, members and settings. member: everything else.
    - `status` 'active' | 'invited', required: invited: joins the first time they sign in with this email.
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `401`: unauthorized (missing, unknown or revoked key; expired session).
- `403`: session_required: dashboard only.
