  - `configured` boolean, required: false while Stripe isn't set up on this deployment (no top-ups).
  - `balance_eur` number, required: Prepaid balance. Paid documents are taken from here.

    - `key` 'extract' | 'review' | 'create' | 'build' | 'edit', required: build: create from your own Markdown (`content`), with no writing.
    - `price_eur` number, required: The `standard` level price.
    - `by_quality` object, nullable, required: create, build and edit: the price of each quality level.

- `401`: unauthorized (missing, unknown or revoked key; expired session).
- `403`: session_required: dashboard only.
