# Query Current Organization Bypass Transcoder List

`GET /openapi/v2.0/manage/api/v1.0/stream-converters`

## Request

Query all C2C bypass stream transcoders under current organization (identified by X-Organization-Key).

**Channel parameter format**: `{sn}_{camera_index}`. Three filter combinations supported:
- No `channel`: returns all transcoders for the organization
- `channel={sn}`: filter by device SN
- `channel={sn}_{camera_index}`: filter by SN + camera index
- `channel=_{camera_index}`: filter by camera index only (cross-device)

        - `username` string: RTSP username
        - `password` string: RTSP password
        - `enable_ts` boolean: Enable MISB standard TS stream (RTSP only)
        - `server_id` string: GB28181 SIP server ID
        - `server_ip` string: GB28181 SIP server IP
        - `server_port` string: GB28181 SIP server port
        - `device_password` string: GB28181 registration password
        - `local_port` string: GB28181 local port
        - `device_id` string: GB28181 device ID

      - `status` string: Reserved field, currently returns empty string
