`GET /v1/models/custom/by-source/{sourceHash}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.ditto.audio` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the converted bundle's file manifest (names + content hashes) if this exact model was already converted, so the client can link the shared ONNX blobs instead of re-converting. 200 with {found:false} when unknown.
