  - `ticketIds` string[], required: Array of ticket IDs to perform action on
  - `assigneeId` object: Assignee ID for assign action (null to unassign)
  - `categoryId` object: Category ID for setCategory action (null to remove)
  - `tags` string[]: Tag names for setTags action (replaces existing tags)
  - `closeReason` 'no_response' | 'out_of_scope' | 'customer_left' | 'duplicate': Close reason for close action
