# Create a new brand

`POST /v1/brands`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dispatchtickets.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.dispatchtickets.com/v1/brands`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

## Request body

- CreateBrandDto
  - `name` string, required
  - `slug` string, required: URL-safe identifier
  - `metadata` object
  - `ticketSchema` object
  - `ticketPrefix` string: Prefix for public ticket IDs (e.g., "AC" -> "AC-1001"). Defaults to brand initials.
  - `ticketNumberStart` number: Starting number for tickets (default: 1000)

## Response `201`
