# Create a new ticket in a brand

`POST /v1/brands/{brandId}/tickets`

  - `categoryId` string: Category ID (must exist in brand)
  - `tags` string[]: Tag names (will be created if they don't exist)
  - `dueAt` string: Due date (ISO 8601). Auto-set from brand SLA if not provided.
  - `notifyCustomer` boolean: Send a confirmation email to the customer when ticket is created (manual tickets only)
  - `watchers` WatcherDto[]: Initial watchers to add to the ticket
    - `memberId` string, required: Member ID (can be team member or external user ID)
    - `memberEmail` string, required: Email address for notifications
    - `memberName` string: Display name
  - `attachmentIds` string[]: IDs of pending attachments to associate with the ticket

## Response `200`

Ticket already created (idempotent retry)

## Other responses

- `201`: Ticket created
