    - `dayOfMonth` number: Day of month (1-31). Required for monthly/yearly.
    - `month` number: Month (1-12). Required for yearly.
    - `timeOfDay` string, required: 24h time (HH:mm)
    - `timezone` string, required: IANA timezone identifier
    - `skipWeekends` boolean: Skip Saturdays and Sundays (push to next Monday)
  - `cronExpr` string: Raw cron expression (overrides schedule)
