# Confirm embedded checkout — creates Throttle subscription after card is vaulted

`POST /v1/auth/subscription/confirm`

## Request

## Request body

- ConfirmCheckoutDto
  - `checkoutSessionId` string, required: Checkout session ID from the Throttle embed
  - `planRef` string: Plan ref to subscribe to (falls back to pending plan ref on account)

## Response `200`

Subscription created and cached

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing planRef or unknown planRef
