# The option and convertible register for one company (free; deeper with a paid key)

`GET /api/v1/company/{ticker}/options`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dilutionlens.com`

- Auth: one of:
  - none
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Without a key: options_register — every line's code, type (price-triggered, condition-triggered, converts on terms, not classified), exercise price, expiry and quantity, identical to the free company page, ~20 calls/day per IP. With a paid key the same call also returns options (each line's in-the-money value, the filing's description and section, and the quantities and strikes as filed before any consolidation rebase) and options_consolidation_adjusted, identical to the paid page's options block.

## Response `200`

The register, plus the paid detail when the key entitles it.

## Other responses

- `400`: Unknown ticker, unknown section, or a bulk-shaped request (error code per_ticker_only, answered with the professional contact address).
- `401`: Missing, unknown or revoked API key. The body carries an error code (auth_required | invalid_key).
- `402`: This endpoint is part of a paid plan (error code unlock_required). Plans: https://dilutionlens.com/pricing/
- `429`: The shared per-account budget (or the free daily cap) is spent. Hourly budgets reset at the top of the hour; the free cap resets at midnight UTC.
