# Creates a new nameserver set.

  - `isDefault` boolean: Whether this is the default nameserver set
  - `nameservers` union[], required: List of nameservers, can be identified by FQDN, ID, or ID or VanityNameserverFQDN

        - `fqdn` string, hostname, required: Fully Qualified Domain Name of the nameserver
      - NameserverById
        - `id` integer, required: ID of an existing system nameserver
        - `vanityNameserverFQDN` string: Custom FQDN for the vanity nameserver
  - `resourceGroupsIds` integer[], required: List of associated resource group IDs
