`PUT /api/v1/user/{userId}`

The details of the signer created in the previous step can be updated using the below API

- `userId` string, required: Id of the user in DigiCert One.

## Request body

- UpdateUserRequest
  - `account` Account, required
    - `id` string, required: DigiCert One Account ID
    - `name` string
  - `phone_number` string: Singer user contact number
  - `email` string: Signer user email
  - `first_name` string: Signer user first name
  - `last_name` string: Signer user last name
  - `locale` string: en_US

## Response `204`

NO_CONTENT
