# Delete document

`DELETE /api/v2/documents/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.didlogic.com`
- URL: `https://app.didlogic.com/api/v2/documents/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Delete a document by ID.

**Important notes:**
- Document is permanently removed
- Cannot be undone

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Response `204`

deletes the document

## Other responses

- `401`: returns unauthorized
- `404`: returns not found
