# Create a saved search that emails matches (all plans, up to the plan's alert cap) or posts them to a webhook (Business plan only).

`POST /v1/alerts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.diavgis.gr`
- URL: `https://api.diavgis.gr/v1/alerts`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

## Response `200`

Created

## Other responses

- `202`: verify_required — a 6-digit code was posted to the channel; confirm via POST /v1/alerts/verify
- `400`: invalid_query
- `401`: missing/invalid key
- `402`: upgrade_required — webhook delivery needs the Business plan
- `429`: too_many_alerts — the plan's alert cap is reached
