# Activity Metrics

`GET /api/v2/wfm/metrics/activity`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://dialpad.com`
- URL: `https://dialpad.com/api/v2/wfm/metrics/activity`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns paginated, activity-level metrics for specified agents.

Rate limit: 1200 per minute.

## Response `200`

A successful response

- ActivityMetricsResponse
  - `cursor` string: A token used to return the next page of a previous request. Use the cursor provided in the previous response.
  - `items` ActivityMetrics[], required: A list of activity metrics entries.
    - `activity` ActivityType
      - `name` string: The display name of the activity.
      - `type` string: The type of the activity, could be task or break.
    - `adherence_score` number, double: The agent's schedule adherence score (as a percentage).
    - `average_conversation_time` number, double: The average time spent on each conversation in minutes.
    - `average_interaction_time` number, double: The average time spent on each interaction in minutes.
    - `conversations_closed` integer: The number of conversations closed during this period.
    - `conversations_closed_per_hour` number, double: The rate of conversation closure per hour.
    - `conversations_commented_on` integer: The number of conversations commented on during this period.
    - `conversations_on_hold` integer: The number of conversations placed on hold during this period.
    - `conversations_opened` integer: The number of conversations opened during this period.
    - `interval` TimeInterval
      - `end` string, date-time: The end timestamp (exclusive) in ISO-8601 format.
      - `start` string, date-time: The start timestamp (inclusive) in ISO-8601 format.
    - `scheduled_hours` number, double: The number of hours scheduled for this activity.
    - `time_in_adherence` StatusTimeInfo
      - `percentage` number, double: The percentage of time spent in this status (between 0 and 1).
      - `seconds` integer: The number of seconds spent in this status.
    - `time_in_exception` StatusTimeInfo
      - `percentage` number, double: The percentage of time spent in this status (between 0 and 1).
      - `seconds` integer: The number of seconds spent in this status.
    - `time_on_task` number, double: The proportion of time spent on task (between 0 and 1).
    - `time_out_of_adherence` StatusTimeInfo
      - `percentage` number, double: The percentage of time spent in this status (between 0 and 1).
      - `seconds` integer: The number of seconds spent in this status.
    - `wrong_task_snapshots` integer: The number of wrong task snapshots recorded.
