`POST /public/meetings/{token}/join`

Exchange a valid guest link + display name for a publish-capable token.

The 16-char urlsafe token + per-call revocation IS the auth gate (same
trust model as listener links, but publish-capable — hence the extra
joinability check against the live voice_sessions row in resolve).
