# Refresh Token

`POST /auth/refresh`

## Request

Refresh access token using refresh token.

Accepts refresh token from:
1. Request body (preferred - frontend explicitly sends refresh_token)
2. HTTP-only cookie (secure alternative)
3. Authorization header (legacy - but NOTE: apiClient sends ACCESS token here!)

Returns new access token and optionally rotates refresh token.
