Passwordless sign-in step 2: redeem the 6-digit code for a session.

Identical semantics to /auth/verify-email (shape gate, attempt cap,
constant-time compare, expiry check, marks the email verified, auto-login
token pair) — both call the same body so the two redeem paths can't drift.
