# Patch Summary Settings

`PATCH /api/workspace/summary-generation/settings`

Toggle summary generation on/off for the workspace.

Disabling has visible behaviour impact:
- Voice and text agent replies lose prior-conversation context
- Contact cards stop refreshing their per-contact summary
- Outreach generation falls back to no-summary prompts

The UI surface (`SummaryGenerationCard.tsx`) carries the same warning
next to the toggle.
