Operator clicks 'Send agent to call' on a message containing
https://t.me/call/<slug>. Resolves the slug via MTProto
InputGroupCallSlug + dispatches start_group_listen on the chosen
Telegram channel_account so the bot joins via pytgcalls + LiveKit.

Workspace gate: channel_account_id must belong to the caller's
workspace (or be shared TO the workspace). Mirrors the security
posture of pause/resume etc.

- CallLinkDispatchRequest: Body for POST /api/voice/telegram/dispatch-call-link. Supports two modes: - mode="slug" (default): resolves an encrypted call-link slug - slug: the t.me/call/<slug> token from the incoming DM message - mode="group": joins a Telegram group voice chat directly - chat_id: the group's peer_id (can be negative, e.g. -5172634473) - start_if_none: whether to create the group call if it doesn't exist Common fields: - channel_account_id: which of OUR Telegram accounts joins as the bot - chat_id: for slug mode, best-effort anchor (the DM thread where link arrived); for group mode, the group's peer_id to join - agent_id: which voice agent runs in the call (TTS/STT + LLM loop) - vision_mode: optional screen-share vision (None → derive from agent.vision_enabled) - instructions: optional per-dispatch task brief (from calls.send_to_telegram_call); mirrors the Meet "Send agent to Meet" instructions field - auto_start: optional per-dispatch "speak on join vs join silently" choice (for group mode); True → speak immediately; False → join silently, wait for wake-word; None → fallback to bool(agent_id)
