# List Threads

`GET /api/threads`

## Request

List conversation threads with pagination and filtering.

Returns threads from all channels for the current user.
Uses workspace-aware database routing (Supabase or shared DB).

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
- `search` string, nullable: Search in thread title
- `email` string, nullable: Search by email address in thread participants
- `channel` string, nullable: Filter by channel type (single)
- `channels` string, nullable: Filter by channel types (comma-separated, e.g. telegram,google_calendar)
- `kind` string, nullable: Filter by thread kind: dm, group, channel (single)
- `kinds` string, nullable: Filter by thread kinds (comma-separated, e.g. group,channel,comment_thread)
- `needs_reply` boolean, nullable: Filter threads where last message is inbound and user hasn't replied
- `state` string, nullable: Filter by contact state: new, follow_up, active, warm, cooling, dormant, low
- `account_ids` string, nullable: Filter by channel account IDs (comma-separated, e.g. 229,230). Only applies when a single channel filter is active.
- `folder_id` integer, nullable: Filter by inbox folder ID
- `ai_tag_id` integer, nullable: Filter by AI tag ID
- `assigned_to` string, nullable: Filter by assignment: 'me' for threads assigned to current user, 'unassigned' for threads with no assignment
- `ids` string, nullable: Filter by thread IDs (comma-separated)
- `unread_only` boolean, nullable: Filter threads with unread messages (unread_count > 0)
- `escalated` boolean, nullable: Filter threads with an open human escalation (ai_agent_escalations status pending/acknowledged)
- `sort` string, nullable: 'unread_first': threads with unread messages above the rest (pinned stay on top); otherwise newest first
