Return distinct speakers for a voice-call transcript thread.

Aggregates from `message.meta` rows where `meta.source='voice_transcript'`,
joining `entity` for avatar/title where the speaker has a known
workspace contact. Used by ThreadInfoModal to render a Participants
section on `kind='voice_call'` threads. Returns empty list for threads
that exist but have no transcript-tagged messages yet.
