  - `reply_mode` string, nullable: Reply mode: off, draft, send
  - `cooldown_minutes` number, nullable: Cooldown between replies (0-60 min)
  - `outbound_mode` string, nullable: Outbound mode: off, draft, send
  - `max_replies_per_day` integer, nullable: Max auto-replies per day (1-100)
