# Get Recent Facts

`GET /api/knowledge-graph/facts/recent`

Get workspace's most recent confirmed facts.

Returns facts sorted by update time, most recent first.
Used for Memory view in the agent UI.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer: Max facts to return
- `entity_type` string, nullable: Filter by entity type
- `fact_type` string, nullable: Filter by fact type
