Delete the workspace's entire knowledge graph.

Owner-only — destructive and irreversible. Everything that references
kg_entities (kg_facts, kg_relationships, kg_chunk_entities,
kg_entity_tags, kg_entity_merges, kg_duplicate_suggestions) is
ON DELETE CASCADE, so one parent DELETE clears the graph. Pending
extraction-queue rows are removed too so a queued backlog doesn't
repopulate the graph right after the wipe. Source rag_chunks are
untouched — "Extract Entities" can rebuild the graph on demand.
