# List Group Scores

`GET /api/groups/synced/scores`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dialogbrain.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

List synced groups with their engagement states and value segments.

Returns all synced groups with optional score data. Groups without scores
will have score=null.

Auto-calculates scores if user has groups but no scores exist yet.

## Query parameters

- `state` string, nullable: Filter by state: new, active, warm, cooling, dormant
- `segment` string, nullable: Filter by segment: strong, medium, low, noise
- `search` string, nullable: Search by group title
- `channel` string, nullable: Filter by channel
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
