Start native WhatsApp QR auth via self-hosted whatsmeow bridge.

workspace_id comes from the request context (X-Workspace-Id header /
user's currently-active workspace) so the new channel_account row
lands in the workspace the user is actively viewing — not their
`default_workspace_id`, which would route the account to the wrong
place when the user is on a team workspace.
