Receive one message or event from Tencent.

All three console modes arrive here. Plaintext carries the XML as is;
compatible and safe mode carry it (also, or only) inside an AES envelope
under <Encrypt>, signed a second time with `msg_signature`. Whenever an
envelope is present it is the one that is read — in compatible mode the
plaintext copy beside it is not covered by any signature.
